Power Button
Turn ON/OFF or reset the megaphone.
Status Light
The status light indicates the battery level, ON/OFF status, and connectivity of the megaphone.
Adjustable Mount
Use the adjustable mount to adjust the angle of the megaphone to either 45° or 90°.
Rack
The rack is where all the components attach, including the gimbal camera.
Battery Cover
The rubber battery cover keeps the battery from water and falling off during use. To install or remove the battery, take off the battery cover and insert or take out the battery.
Status Light
Install
Before you begin to install any of the accessories:

Power off the aircraft. |

Remove the existing accessories. |

Prepare a hex screwdriver (2.0mm). |
Install Megaphone
1. Align the holes to the aircraft bottom plate. Install hex screws to the labeled holes (A total of 7 screws). For some older SplashDrone 4, there is no screw #2, which is fine. It doesn’t affect the installation and use of the Megaphone. Just leave it unscrew if you can’t find it. |

2. Adjust the speaker angle. Install hex screws on each side of the speaker. |
Install Gimbal Camera
1. Remove the gimble port cover. |
2. Install the connector to the gimbal port. Make sure the orange rubber ring is attached to the connector before you install it. |
3. Align the holes to the rack. Install hex screws to the labeled holes (A total of 4 screws). Make sure the SwellPro logo is pointing toward the front of the aircraft. |
Install Payload Release
1. Remove the payload release port cover. |
2. Install the connector to the payload release port on the aircraft bottom plate. Make sure the orange rubber ring is attached to the connector before you install it. |
3. Align the holes to the bottom of the battery compartment. Install hex screws to the labeled holes (A total of 2 screws). Make sure to disassemble the stand before installing the payload release. |
Use
Turn ON/OFF

Turn ON: Press the power button for 2 seconds. |

Turn OFF: Press the power button for 2 seconds. |
After turning ON the megaphone, it will take 30 seconds to start. When the status light turns from solid green to flashing green quickly, it’s ready to connect or use.
Charge
Connect the battery to a power outlet using the Micro USB charging cable (included) and a 5V/2A power adapter (not included).

Connect
Before using the Megaphone, you need to configure the Megaphone to connect to the aircraft.
Connect with SplashDrone 4
You only need to follow the steps to configure and connect the Megaphone once. After the first configuration, the Megaphone will connect to the SplashDrone automatically when you turn ON both of the devices. There is no need to reconfigure them again for your later use.
1. Turn on the aircraft, remote controller, and the Megaphone (press the power button for 2 seconds). Wait for the remote controller to connect to the aircraft. Wait for the Megaphone’s status light turns from solid green to flashing green quickly.
2. Connect your device to the remote controller’s WiFi SWP-xxxxxx.
3. Open SDFly 2 App. Go to Login Device > Settings (top-right) > General Settings > Connect to Megaphone.
4. Follow the in-App instruction to connect the Megaphone.
5. You are now ready to use the Megaphone with SDFly 2 App.
If you fail to configure and connect the Megaphone, please try to reset and follow the steps again.
Standalone Use
Besides using it with the SplashDrone 4, the Megaphone can be used by itself as a standalone speaker. The wireless connection range is about 25 meters.
If you use the Megaphone as a standalone device (connect your mobile device’s WiFi directly to the Megaphone) and you want to switch to use with SplashDrone 4, you need to follow the steps to reconfigure and connect to the SplashDrone 4.
For standalone use
1. Turn ON the Megaphone (press the power button for 2 seconds). Wait for the Megaphone’s status light turns from solid green to flashing green quickly.
2. Connect your mobile device to the Megaphone’s WiFi Megaphone-xxxxxx.
3. Open SDFly 2 App, and tap Login Device.
4. You are ready to use the Megaphone on the SDFly 2 App.
DLNA Casting
After connecting your mobile device to the Megaphone, you can play audio files on the music or streaming apps using DLNA casting if the App supports it.
Reset
If you have trouble connecting the Megaphone, or you want to connect your Megaphone to another SpalshDrone 4, you can reset the Megaphone, then proceed with the connection.
Reset the Megaphone
1. Turn ON the Megaphone (press the power button for 2 seconds). Wait for the Megaphone’s status light turns from solid green to flashing green quickly.
2. Press the power button 2 times. The Megaphone will reset and restart. Wait for the Megaphone’s status light turns from solid green to flashing green quickly, and you are ready to connect and use.
Use
After following the steps to connect Megaphone to the SplashDrone 4 or your mobile devices, the Megaphone buttons will appear on the App’s interface.
Speak
Tap the speak button once to speak, and tap it again to end the speak. During the speaking, speak to your mobile device just like you normally would speak, your voice will transmit and amplify through the Megaphone. There is no limit on how long you can speak.
Play Audio
Tap the Megaphone Functions button , and tap the playlist button
, then select the audio file you want to play. When playing the audio, you can play/pause, play next/previous, and set play mode (repeat, loop, shuffle). You can either scan and import files from your mobile device storage or record audio files to the playlist.
Record Audio
Tap the Record button to record audio. After you complete the recording and save the file, the audio file will be stored in the playlist. There is no limit on how long you can record on the App as long as your mobile device has enough storage.
Adjust Speaker Angle
There are 2 adjustable angles for the speaker. Each cover different directions of sound propagation. Set the angle according to your use.
Always calibrate the aircraft compass every time you change the speaker angle.

Product Care
Store the Product
- Before putting the product into storage, turn off the power, pull out the battery, and clean the product.
- Store all the parts and accessories together.
- Store the product at a dry, ventilated, cool temperature (20°C - 28°C).
- If the product is not being used for a long period of time, ensure to fully charge the battery for storage. To prevent the battery from over-discharge, recharge the battery every 2 months.
