I was told to download the latest firmware.havnt tried it yet.

  Hi, thank you for your contacting. If your drone and camera is new one, it can be caused by firmware. Please send your drone's SN , camera SN to our support team support@swellpro.com. Then we will suggest which firmware fits for your drone.
