  Agree, I can't access to the page too.
  It tells that I don't have permissions to this page, why?

  Having paid such a large amount of $$$ for this product, you would have thought that the firmware was available!!!

  I have watched the Splashdrone 4 Firmware update YouTube video and what is shown looks nothing like the website! No firmware available to download! What a joke.
