Fisherman FD3 WaterProof Fishing Drone WILL NOT WORK

hello 

received drone today.

Fisherman FD3 Waterproof Fishing Drone advanced 

today 11-24-2023. charged battery and controller. SN - 1930FD03202233803301 MODEL: RO2 ADVANCED 

Then turned-on drone, front light flashing red, back light flashing green. then turn on controller, camera is working all paired. [factory pairing]. manual reads error but it does NOT read how to fix it? 

but now it will NOT fly, nothing happens push levelers forward / backwards nothing? no slide image ready to fly on 5-inch screen. need more up to date videos on just FD3.

So, then I downloaded the app at google play store FDFly app. App will NOT show FD3 picture, app will not pair with drone or controller. App is no help. I have a google pixel 7 android phone. all up to date. Bluetooth is on, I tried find device, could not find. turned on hotspot still nothing, hot spot could not find devices also. I don't think I need app to fly the drone, we have a controller.  but I do think I need hotspot or Bluetooth. 

I would think charge batteries, turn on units and go fishing it is 2023 plug and play. 

please advise.

    How did you get it running? I’m having the same issue it won’t come out of self diagnostic mode. Red and green lights just keep flashing

    Drain the batteries completely. Then recharge them, put them back in FD3 and it should work fine.

    I put the battery in the FD3 and powered it up battery, the battery finally went dead.

    Thank you. Mine just turns those lights you described on but then they go off. The battery was fully charged but on the remote controller it shows as battery no charged :(

    hello Olga

    then make a repair ticket and let swell pro fix it at a repair center.

    mine is going back in. 5 months in shop. got back on 5-17-2024.repaired a crack board.

    now it's going back in for bait release not working. hopefully i will get it back in 6 weeks.
