    Thank you for your information.
    Your issue can be fixed by adjusting the image channel. Please refer to the method as below.
    1.Connect the controller and drone, then press the button as the picture to P3. If your controller is set fixed on P3.Please do the following items.
     
    2. The frequency of C8，E8，C5 is the best, you can adjust the frequency by the button of CH- and Band+

    This helped resolve my issue, how ever it is very clear the signal does not like any obstructions between operator and drone.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Concerning the issue, please understand that as we use 5.8GHz for image transmission, the obstruction can affect the signal indeed, we would recommend the pilot pay more attention to the environment.

    Our R&D are also working on a better solution.

    Thank you and I'm not complaining, I understand the signal blockage, for our general use there won't be anything but air and opportunity between us and the drone!

    Update, after a recent coast trip in a very open environment I had clear image until I stepped away from the drone, I tried changing channel and bands as well as restarts. No luck
