    Please check if the drone and controller are paired, and make sure your phone is connected to the controller's WIFI. And please check if you are using the right app. For FD2&FD3 users, please use the FDFLY app. For SD4 users, please check the drone's SN(which can be found in the battery compartment). If the SN ends with V05/V06, please use the SDFLY 2 app.

    If you require further assistance, please contact us via email and provide your proof of purchase, SN (you can find it in the battery compartment), and a description of the problem (video would be better) to our email address below: support@swellpro.com
