IB4 Battery

I have an IB4 battery for a splashdrone 4 that I allowed to become discharged. Of course, now they will not charge. Any information on how to recover the battery would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Thank you for reaching us.

  Kindly note that such a situation is irrevivable.
  If you haven't charged the battery for over 3 months, it's quite possible to be over-discharged.

  Tengo el mismo problema mi dron es nuevo la bateria es nueva 3 dias q no le cargue la bateria quedo sin carga y no puedo cargarlo no enciende ni la luz . Hay algun metodo para poder cargar la bateria vi varios comentario lo mismo caso pero no le ayudan . Podriaa dar solucion por favor.
