Fisherman fd2 max flipped on take off(test flight)

Has anyone experienced this, went to do a test flight before flying baits, drone lifted off and made it about 2 to 3 feet and flipped, sheared off one of the locking mechanism for the prop. Out side of that doesn't appear to be any damage. All props where correct and tight with the provided tool. Had flown for the last few days with zero issues. Fresh battery. Just curious before I start a claim it was very unusual

    Yes I keep having this problem. I'm done buying propellers for something that isn't my fault. I have sent a email to swellpro earlier to see how they want to resolve this. I love my drone but it has done this 3 times in a month then it was flying around my neighborhood and refused to go forward anymore. Had to fly backwards and land it. Idk hella disappointed rn.

    Reminder!!!! If you receive a shipping label from swell pro it EXPIRES IN 30 DAYS! I had some unfortunate events happen that prevented me from getting this done. They do state that they WILL NOT SEND ANOTHER ONE.

    I have emailed support asking what other options I have to get it fixed. Awaiting response. Will update when I get one.

    If it helps anyone - I have see this issue, in my case the drone moved slightly forward & landing gear got caught in the grass, it went head over heals. I have taken off mostly in sand, 100's times since with no issue. if its windy, i watch out for any movement and counter correct the movement until its up.
