Issue with one propeller not working

Purchased splashdrone 4 back in the summer.  Only flew it once. That flight was over water. I landed it safely in the water, and used the flip action a few times to see how it performed. After retrieving it, I attempted to fly it again but one propeller was now not working.  I have tried re calibration of everything,  imu, gyroscope,  etc and it still isn't working. Aggravated to have spent so much on this drone and already an issue.  Any suggestions on how to correct this issue?
